SITUATION: While domestic sales were growing, international distributors had given up on being successful with TriggerPoint.
ACTION: We developed and executed a systemic operational plan, enabling the company to open regional 3rd Party Logistics facilities around the world decreasing the barriers for distribution partners to get product and monetize it efficiently.
RESULTS: Sales up 87% year over year with only one new distributor brought on. The international business became the fastest growing, largest and most profitable channel within the company and ultimately was a very large factor in the company’s acquisition by retail behemoth, Implus.
